Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your experience:

• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime to secure good parking and a great viewing spot. But of course, make sure to have enough time to see the village and check out the vendors there.
• Parking: Parking is generally available in various areas throughout each village. But nights of peak attendance tend to fill up quickly. Arrive early for the best options.
• What to Bring: Warm clothes (evenings can be chilly), a blanket or portable seat, a camera with good low-light performance.
• Accessibility: Most villages are pedestrian-friendly. Please use designated paths and avoid restricted zones.
• Weather & Rain Policy: If the weather is unsuitable for flying, shows may be postponed or cancelled — check our social channels or email updates for announcements.

• How long is the drone light show?
  Each show lasts about 10 minutes.

• Is it safe?
  Yes, all safety measures are taken by our professional team to ensure a safe, enjoyable drone light show experience.

• What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
  Drone shows cannot run during rain or unsafe weather. In that case, the show will be postponed or cancelled. Please check our social channels or the village’s social media pages.

• Are pets allowed?
  Yes, our shows are pet-friendly. Please keep your pet on a leash and respect other visitors.

• Can I take photos or record video?
  Absolutely! Feel free to take photos and videos. We encourage you to tag us. (Links)

• What time should I arrive for the best view?
  We recommend arriving 30 minutes before showtime, which gives you the best chance for good parking and a prime viewing spot.

• Is there parking available?
  Yes, most villages offer parking near their centers. On busy nights, parking fills early, so arriving sooner is strongly advised.
